The Renaissance Collaborative, was sponsored in 1992 by four ecumenical churches in Bronzeville to end of cycle of homelessness and poverty-one individual at a time; and believe all individuals have value, and can therefore better help themselves, their families and their communities when provided with access to the support systems and resources they need.

TRC's mission is to promote self-sufficiency through social impacts while utilizing an innovate and comprehensive network of supportive services to include providing permanent supportive housing for chronic homeless, workforce employment aligned with on the job training and placement, and life skills activities that incorporate a holistic approach to include health and fitness.  We are welcoming and accepting of all people regardless of age, race, religion, color sex, national origin or sexual orientation
