About

Rogers Park Business Alliance (RPBA) is a nonprofit, economic development, non-political organization that provides expert technical assistance, entrepreneurial training and access to capital for businesses. RPBA partners with businesses, community organizations, city agencies and residents to provide inclusive economic growth. For more than 25 years RPBA has worked to help create a stronger Rogers Park.  Our mission is to cultivate and sustains a thriving economic environment in Rogers Park, serving businesses and residents.

You will not find a more enthusiastic cheerleader for Rogers Park than RPBA. Among our many community-building activities are the Mile of Murals, Glenwood Sunday Market, Dinner Crawls, including the Taste of Clark Street and other events that feature our local businesses and offer opportunities for networking. We promote our community assets and local businesses through the Live Love Shop Rogers Park holiday promotion, our Rogers Park Visitors Guide, Food & Entertainment Guide, Weddings Guide, and on social media.

RPBA is a liaison with the City of Chicago for Rogers Park businesses, helping with issues such as permits, licensing, zoning --- answering any questions they might have without having to go downtown. RPBA also offers a free-of-charge Help Desk, where businesses can get legal questions answered, find out about access to capital and get other advice. Visionary Entrepreneurs with dreams of owning their own business are invited to participate in RPBA's GROW Entrepreneurial Training Program, which has a curriculum of classes designed to help entrepreneurs create, launch and develop their  business.
