Dear ChiBizHub Family -- 

What a year! A global pandemic, social unrest, unresolved election results, all unprecedented -- all testing our resolve. And despite it, you have mightily persevered -- adapting, or in some cases, pivoting -- keeping your business going, drawing on everything possible to keep YOU going.

If you've followed us for awhile you know that ChibizHub launched in April of 2019 with the goal of being a one-stop portal where entrepreneurs and business owners could find the resources they needed to start, sustain, or scale their businesses. Little did we know that one year later, 2020 we were that and more. We are here to support our small businesses -- in ways big and small. In March of 2020, we launched our COVID-19 resource page which, to date, has logged over 30,000 views.

Like everyone, we pivoted to virtual -- curating 32 educational webinars, 14 of which are in Spanish.  Our monthly newsletter is an easy read that provides new thought and ways to connect with other small business owners and operators, entrepreneurs, and others who can help connect you to resources and support.  We're proud to have 1100 active readers. Since the pandemic we've seen a 60% spike, with nearly 20% being Spanish speaking clients. We are among Chicago’s top business resource search engines. All that to say, we're here to support. 

Today, the ChiBizHub network has over 175 business resource providers ready to provide you with counsel and support. 
 
We close 2020 by introducing you Tekies, LLC, a digital technology company who will share with you the basics of e-commerce and ways you can transition your business to expand your reach and increase revenues.
